JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Growth Specialist to join our Las Vegas team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in exhibit or B2B marketing who thrives in data-driven environments and excels at developing and executing high-impact campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in driving lead generation and customer acquisition through Google Ads, Salesforce, and targeted marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Campaign Development and Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
  • B2B Focused Strategy: Leverage your B2B marketing experience to develop tailored outreach strategies, including cold email campaigns, that resonate with professional audiences.
  • Audience Segmentation: Utilize data analytics to segment and target audiences effectively, ensuring personalized marketing messages.
  • Salesforce Integration: Manage and optimize lead tracking and reporting within Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with sales and creative teams to create aligned and cohesive campaigns.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive copy for paid ads, email outreach, and marketing materials, tailored to the exhibit and B2B industries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in exhibit marketing or B2B marketing is strongly preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with CRM integrations.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging marketing messages.
  • A collaborative mindset, paired with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
