JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role that goes beyond basic Sales administration. We’re seeking someone with a strong background in Salesforce who can dive deep into data, uncover patterns and issues, and turn insights into actionable solutions. This role is critical in supporting sales processes, improving efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

By analyzing and interpreting sales data, this individual will identify opportunities to optimize workflows, solve bottlenecks, and create meaningful reports that guide strategic actions. The Sales Operations Coordinator will bridge gaps between sales, marketing, and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of client projects and effective sales support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deep Salesforce Insights: Not just pulling reports—analyzing data to identify root causes of issues, uncovering trends, and building actionable dashboards.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine workflows to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between sales, marketing, design, estimating, and operations to ensure projects meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Prepare comprehensive analyses and present actionable recommendations to leadership and the sales team.\
  • Resource Coordination: Manage schedules, materials, and resources to ensure the sales team is equipped for success.
  • Salesforce Administration: Maintain CRM accuracy, automate processes where possible, and enhance the usability of Salesforce for the team.
  • Client Engagement Support: Create and distribute sales presentations and materials to drive client engagement and lead generation.
  • Project and Event Coordination: Oversee digital asset organization and manage creative resources, such as photographers and videographers, for events and initiatives.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting professionalism and commitment to ASTOUND’s clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a sales operations role with an emphasis on Salesforce administration and data analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic action.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, reporting tools, and familiarity with automation tools.Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data and insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, exhibits, or trade shows is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
