We're looking for a Senior Experiential Designer (Spatial & Environmental Design) to join our growing creative team and help shape ambitious physical experiences for some of the world's most recognizable brands.
Our work spans immersive brand environments, sports and entertainment venues, exhibitions, retail experiences, and large-scale experiential activations.

We're interested in designers who think beyond individual objects and environments. People who understand how space can tell a story, create emotion, and influence the way people engage with brands and places.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Experiential Designer (Spatial & Environmental Design), you'll work alongside our creative leadership, strategists, technologists, and fabrication teams to bring ideas from early concepts through design development and execution.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects of varying scales and complexities, helping translate ambitious creative ideas into thoughtful, compelling, and buildable environments.

What You'll Do

• Develop original spatial concepts and design solutions for experiential environments, exhibitions, retail, and sports and entertainment projects.
• Translate creative narratives and strategic objectives into compelling three-dimensional experiences.
• Create high-quality models, visualizations, and presentations that communicate design intent.
• Advance concepts through design development with an understanding of materials, detailing, fabrication, and constructability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across creative, strategy, digital, technical design, and production.
• Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and creative workshops.
• Support new business opportunities through concept development and visual storytelling.
• Explore emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that expand what's possible in experiential design.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a designer with a strong point of view, exceptional design sensibility, and the ability to move comfortably between conceptual thinking and technical execution.
You may come from experiential design, environmental design, exhibition design, or a multidisciplinary creative studio. A background in architecture and/or interior design is a strong plus.
Ideally, you bring:

• Significant experience designing physical environments and spatial experiences.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, spatial composition, materiality, and design execution.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization tools such as Rhino, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or comparable platforms.
• A strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, architectural detailing, and fabrication.
• The ability to develop and communicate ideas through sketches, diagrams, renderings, and presentations.
• Experience translating design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions.
• An understanding of project budgets, design constraints, and production requirements.
• Confidence working collaboratively across creative, technical, and production teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
• Curiosity about emerging design technologies, digital experiences, and AI-enabled creative workflows.
