Condair wanted to rethink how they educate attendees at tradeshows — shifting from static signage and scripted demos to an interactive, user-driven experience. Their goal was to create a clean, modern interface that could explain a complex product portfolio across industries without overwhelming visitors.

Condair approached ASTOUND with a specific request: build an experience that could present deep product information in a way that felt approachable, digestible, and intuitive. With audiences ranging from engineers to healthcare execs to facilities managers, the challenge was designing a single tool that could flex across use cases — while still keeping the booth experience sleek and self-guided. 

Solution

ASTOUND developed TOUCH.PT, a touchscreen web app purpose-built for large-format displays and in-booth kiosks. We designed the interface around Condair’s user journey — organizing products by industry, application, and feature to let attendees find what mattered to them. The app showcased product specs, benefits, and real-world use cases, layered in a way that made exploration easy. Everything from the visual hierarchy to the pacing of information was customized to avoid info overload and maximize clarity. 

Outcome

TOUCH.PT turned Condair’s booth into a destination for discovery. Guests engaged at their own pace, diving deeper into the products that mattered most to them — no sales script required. The result was higher-quality interactions and more informed conversations. With staff freed up to focus on high-value dialogue, Condair was able to amplify both education and efficiency — delivering a smarter, more scalable way to show the full power of their technology.
