Hundreds of unique fiberglass frames make up this entire intricate pavilion, which dances between opaque and translucent.

ASTOUND was contracted by globally recognized architecture firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) to disassemble, transport and reassemble its “Unzipped Wall” from the U.K.’s Serpentine Galleries. Collaborating with BIG–noted by Rolling Stones Magazine to be the ‘world’s hottest architect’ for the firm’s ground-breaking and contemporary creations–ASTOUND was tasked with solution-engineering the safest and most effective method to assemble and disassemble the pavilion, as well as handle the logistics for global delivery and site management.
