Genesys wanted to imagine the future of customer experience in the tourism space through personalized AR portals.

We delved deep into developing one specific use case as our proof of concept in which the customer receives an e-mail, accesses the app, and enters a portal to preview a Mediterranean Cruise package in AR.

The final AR experience was built for iOS iPads wherein a travel AI agent appears to introduce and onboard the cruise package before the point of purchase.
