SILVER & BLACK GALA

LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

ASTOUNDing Vegas nights: crafting philanthropic magic.

Where in Las Vegas, you can find Antonio Pierce belting out Motown classics, Anderson, Paak spinning '80s hits at a DJ booth, and community members rallying for a crucial cause? This dynamic scene unfolded at The Wynn during the Raiders Foundation's inaugural Silver & Black Gala on March 30. The event was a blend of top-tier entertainment, hospitality, and philanthropy, with auctions offering exclusive items and experiences to support mental health initiatives in Nevada.

The ASTOUND team elevated the gala experience by reimagining the Wynn Ballroom with a fresh design approach. This included recarpeting the floors and draping the walls to align the space with the Raider's signature colors, creating a cohesive atmosphere. Furthermore, our team crafted a signature stage featuring the Raider's shield, enhanced with a high gloss finish to add a touch of sophistication. The stage shield was ingeniously outlined with an LED inlay, allowing for dynamic adjustments to match the on-stage programming, adding an interactive element to the event. To complement the stage, ASTOUND conceptualized and executed a custom architectural feature to frame the LED wall, drawing inspiration from the gala invitation design. These archways, adorned with LED lighting that could be tailored to fit the programming, seamlessly integrated with the overall aesthetic. From concept to installation, both the stage shield and the archways were meticulously handled by ASTOUND, showcasing our expertise in every aspect of the project, including renders, technical drawings, fabrication, and installation.
