Hi team,

It is with extreme pride that I would like to share with you that ASTOUND has made the Profit 500 list again this year, ranked 126. This is the 5th year that we have appeared on this list and have progressively moved up year over year.

For those of you who are not familiar with Profit 500, it is a ranking of Canada's fastest growing companies and celebrates entrepreneurial achievement.

It is an honor for us to be receiving such recognition. Over the past several years, we have had some big moments which we should all be proud of.
I felt incredibly energized after KickOff 2018. I loved connecting with everyone and sharing the vision and road ahead.

This year is going to be another monumental year for us with the opening of our own production facility (A.L.F) in Las Vegas; I cannot wait to see this come to life. We are all working so hard to make the impossible possible. It's really important to me that you all take the time to recuperate and rest when you need to and ask for help and support when you need it. I am here for you, your managers are there for you, so please come to us any time if you need any kind of support, assistance or just a talk something out.

We deeply appreciate all that you have done and continue to do.
All of this incredible work is a direct result of all of you. From finance, to operations, to project management; everyone in the company has a role to play. This just demonstrates the power of pushing limits, spirited team work and challenging the status quo.
